BAKED BRIE WITH SMOKED HONEY & WALNUTS

Gooey, oozy, sweet and savoury. This dish is everything that we love about sitting around. fire on the farm with friends and a nice glass of wine. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Small round of brie or camembert

  • 2 tbsp Chin Chin Farm Smoked Honey

  • Handful Australian Walnuts

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Place the cheese in a small, shallow ovenproof dish slightly larger than the brie (to be used for serving) or on a piece of baking paper

  3. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until melted through. To check, gently touch the centre of the cheese – it should feel very soft, like it is about to collapse if you press any harder.

  4. Serve drizzled with Smoked honey and Walnuts
