KUNZEA KANGAROO MINUTE STEAK
Our new favourite Australian Native Herb is Kunzea. Think Rosemary and Citrus but with a uniquely Australian Eucalyptus twist.
Ingredients
400gm Kangaroo minute steak
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Salt Bush flakes
1 tablespoon dried Kunzea Ambigua
Method
Sprinkle the steaks on both sides with salt bush and kunzea
Heat up a frypan on high heat
Using a small amount of olive oil in the fry pan quickly cook the kangaroo minute steak
Allow to rest
Enjoy in a steak sandwich
