KUNZEA KANGAROO MINUTE STEAK

Our new favourite Australian Native Herb is Kunzea. Think Rosemary and Citrus but with a uniquely Australian Eucalyptus twist.

Ingredients

  • 400gm Kangaroo minute steak

  • Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Salt Bush flakes

  • 1 tablespoon dried Kunzea Ambigua

Method

  1. Sprinkle the steaks on both sides with salt bush and kunzea

  2. Heat up a frypan on high heat

  3. Using a small amount of olive oil in the fry pan quickly cook the kangaroo minute steak

  4. Allow to rest

Enjoy in a steak sandwich
